During Warranty period, Charging for Changing Parts

Actually i bought a HP Pavilion dv6 laptop and on this machine i have accidental damage protection but suddenly my machine screen has been damaged due to an accident and when i complaint it and confirming from HP service center they told me that you don’t have damage protection on it and they charged me Rs.8500.00 and after one month it again damage and when i confirm again from ONSITE HP customer they given me accidental damage on it.
