Dear Concern,
I would like to complain about the services of Vodafone Guwahati Assam…… As my calls n data has been blocked without any prior documents and my concern, and the same number (#9864297117) has been issued to different person on account of sim replacement (Sikha Dey #9864020192). And it has been more than 12 hrs that my complain has been registered and no action has been taken.
So, its a total miss management of the customer care guys which led me to total mental harassment, fear of data leakages and loss in business dealings. As this is my primary number for both personal n business.
So, I would like to request you to help me out and do the needful asap……..
