My SIM stopped showing signals(9971955311) on 31st of May, 2017 and I was informed my sim has got damaged just like that. I asked for a duplicate sim from Airtel store, G- 57, Aggarwal Centre Plaza, DC Chowk, Sector 9, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi 110085 on 3rd of June, 2017. My sim has not yet been activated. I called customer care on 4th of June, 2017 and the executive gave me false information that my request has been cancelled. On being asked for request number, she ddnt had the same. Kindly let me know the correct status and I am highly dissatisfied with your service. I am airtel user since past 10 years and this is how you treat your customers.
