Duplicate sim issue

Dear Sir,
I am pranabesh majumder,your customer from September 2007.i taken from your sales man two tata docomo connection that number is 9230631860 and other is 9230547981.And my account number is 802844811.The mention two number one number(9230631860) is disconnect by tata customercare no 121 as on 23rd march 2013.This call attained by Mr.Pranab Majhi and ref.no is 354607369.And also told that “line will be disconnect with in 7 days and permanent closed before 15 days.My connection totally disconnect as on 28th march 2013.

But 10th may i received a bill from your docomo customer care and see that the total billing amount is Rs. 1019. After this, i visit your tata docomo center in park hub,and told that “i have already stop this connection 28th march against ref.no 354607369, then how can you send the bill” they can’t solved this problem and harass me.Then i send a mail to tata docomo customer care as on 10th may 2013. on 11th may i received a mail from your tata docomo customer care that docket no is 361423185,mention that the outgoing call will be barred with in 72 hours and temporary disconnection will be happened on 7 days.But customer care exe.call me and told that this problem will be solved next 72 hours.On 14th may they call me again and told that my billing amount Rs.1019 waiver from my bill.and only pay the previous bill amount Rs.305.Next month i received a bill from docomo,and see that my due amount is Rs.1024 and late fine Rs.112.36 and also add bill amount
Rs.255.21 for this number(9230631860).I send a mail cocomo customer care and give another ref.no and told that this problem resolved as on 17th June.

But 10th June they disconnect outgoing call my another number(9230547981).i call customer care and also mail.on 12th June i received a call and told visit tata hub and also given address.Next day i visit the docomo center(add-Dum dum road,Motijheel commerce college.),there they took all my mail photocopy but can not solved this problem.on 17th June they call me again and told me that the total billing amount(RS.1019+Rs.112.36+Rs.225.21) is waiver from my bill and my out going call restore(9230547981) before 48 hours.I told him please send me the confirmation mail about this,but she told that “for confirmation mail please mail tata docomo customer care”.According to this information i mail your tata docomo customer care,but the can’t provide any confirmation mail.On 19th June they disconnect my incoming call for this number-9230547981.after this they send other docomo circle office address(DN-52,salt lake city,sector-5,12th
floor,kolkata-700091),their i meet Mr.Gopal Banik,he told that”if i deposit my outstanding for following number 9230547981 then my connection restore.And also told that the other number 9230631860 current outstanding can’t provide that under processing”.Then i call 20th June (number is 033 6666 2000 for my incoming and outgoing call restore.The ignore this mater.But till now my connection is stop.

So i request to you please refer trail mail,and i request that 9230631860,this number after 28th march who used this number and how,and provide me call detail.But till now you can’t informed me.i also told that please cheek all voice call.you have mention mail that but told you another. in 2 month you can’t solved a problem but create other problem.if this problem can’t solved one year so my connection will be stop one year.So i can’t suffer this problem.I am very happy for your poor service and miss commitment.

I request you please if you can;t solved this problem before 24 hours then please stop my number 9230547981.And send my due amount against this number.And also mail me that “for your negligence you disconnect my line”.
