Duplicate products received from Homeshop18

Location/place: Guwahati

I have placed an order with Home shop 18 for a garment few days before. On receiving the product, i found that the hook of the garment is broken and the product is also not genuine as there is no brand tag attached. In the website they show different products and in reality they sent us duplicate items without any brand tag. I have already made advance payment for the item as COD was not available. on receiving i called the customer care team and informed them about the defect and duplicacy.They told me that they will get back to me after 48 hrs. Now its already 1 week from the day i lodge the complain. In spite of my repeated telephonic reminders they are not making any positive response to it nor they are refunding my money. I doubt if they are involve in fraudulent activities. Please help me and every consumer which get attracted by heavy discounts and the end HOMESHOP18 provides duplicate items.
