I ordered sandisk ultra 16 GB sdhc card from Shopclues.com.I got it but the product was not working properly so I wanted to return it.they told me Sry n asked me to visit the nearest sandisk service centre..I went to the service centre to repair the product but they told me that sdhc card cannot be repaired because its duplicate.they also showed me the signs of an original card.I even complained about this to Shopclues but they showed no response.I even called the retailer who sold it to Shopclues but he didn’t pick up my call.so,consumer forum I request you to look in this matter as early as possible.I have the documents of the memory card with me n my order number in Shopclues for sandisk memory card is 53852873 n my email address is sreparnaghosh@gmail. Com. I request to look into this matter and I don’t want to replace the item,I just want refund..
