1. The product which I ordered was a ‘Ray ban sun glass unisex imported from USA’ clearly mentioned in the confirmation mail from rediff
2. The product which I received is a duplicate and very cheap product as the logo and the cover case is made up of cheap materials.
3. There is no price tag attached for the product
4. sent mail to rediff for the problem, but no response till date as the mail is sent 9 days back.
5. Called customer care for the problem but no solution.
