Duplicate DELL product received from ShopClues

Hi,

My shopclues order no: 17809059
Date of order: 3rd August 2014

I have purchase 1 DELL backpack of 15.6 inch. But when i received the backpack it look like very cheap product.
When i communicate to the customer care of Shop-clues, they are not processing my return request and told that we do not have any policy to change/return the product.

Shop-clues is selling duplicate products of other brands. Shop-clues is fake online site.
