This is with reference to my order bearing order number 11428905 (Branded Roti Maker) which i received on November 10, 2014 at around 06:00 pm.
I am zapped to see the product which is been delivered to me is the DUPLICATE one because the handle of the Roti Maker is completely different to what we see in your advertisement and on your website. There are even small dents on the main lid of the Roti Maker and there are scratches all over the product including the handle which is different to what we see in your advertisement, on your website and even on the product manual cover.
I have also sent an email on the following email id’s which are mentioned on Naaptol website i.e. [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] of this DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCT which we have received from Naaptol on November 10, 2014 through Aramex Courier around 06:00 pm.
I gifted this product to my Mother on her Birthday which is today and when she opened it what she got was a DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.
There can be two possibilities in this matter/issue, either NAAPTOL is supplying DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS or its channel partners or the product partners for an example in this case is Aarchi Enterprises, New Delhi is supplying DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS by using NAAPTOL BRAND.
HOW WILL YOU FEEL WHEN YOUR MOTHER OPENS HER BIRTHDAY GIFT AND FINDS A DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED GIFT????? I want the CEO of Naaptol to answer this who is marked in this email too.
When i called the Naaptol customer service few minutes ago, the customer care representative Mr. Ravi Pandey based at Noida took my complain and provided me the complain number which is 7726827. Ravi informed me that the concern team will get in touch with me within 48 hours. I again called the customer service to cross check whether the complain has been logged properly or not for which i spoke to another Naaptol customer service representative Mr. Tej Singh based at Noida and what he informed me that the previous representative has only mentioned in his notes against my complain number 7726827 “Customer has received Damaged Product” wherein we have received DAMAGED AND DUPLICATE PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.
This is not at all acceptable to me because, first the product delivery which was suppose to happen by November 7, 2014 did not happen, then we receive a DAMAGED AND DUPLICATE PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL and now we have to again wait for more 48 hours to receive a call from the so called concerned team????? Is this some kind of joke that Naaptol is doing with the customers and on the contrary the product is called as Branded Roti Maker. Is this the Brand that Naaptol Supplies to its customers?
We trusted Naaptol and what we got in return from Naaptol is DUPLICATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCT. I have send three emails on the mentioned email id’s above but still are is no call or message or an email from Naaptol team.
I want the honorable Consumer Forum to address my concern team and help me to sort out of this issue.
