Name of company/service: TelecomOnly

Telecom Only is a mobile phone retailer which is also a Nokia Service Provider. I bought a Nokia N8 screen for Rs 3800 from them. They provided me with a duplicate and used screen. He did not even provide a valid nokia bill with the screen barcode number.On raising objection, he started fighting and abusing. I bought the expensive screen thinking it to be an authentic Nokia service provider. Please take necessary action against the owner of the shop. I have the required payment slips as proof.
