I purchased Idea net setter 3G dongle in the month of September 2012.I was told by the salesperson that the scheme he is giving me is as below:-
1)Monthly rental – Rs 750/- which includes the browsing upto 5 GB @ 7.2 Mbps and above that @512 kbps.
2)I was being told that if I pay the rent of 3 months in advance then the dongle will be free of cost.So I paid Rs 2250/- in advance to the company.
3)Off peak/On peak hours were not informed us.
After 15 days(in oct 2012) the bill from idea came which showed the amount approx Rs 6000.
I had set my Credit Limit to be Rs 1000 which is clearly visible in the bill.This credit limit was specially requested by me as my monthly budget doesn’t allow me to exceed it.
Why didn’t these people call/intimate me that I had cross my threshold and took my approval on whether they should continue with the service they are providing me.I didn’t receive any intimation on this.
In Oct 2012 I called Idea customer care to discuss on the same issue.But the executive couldn’t explain the bill to me and when I asked him to register a complaint He said:- “He cannot register any complaint.”.I even asked him to disconnect my connection for which he said he can’t do it.
I even wrote emails to Idea cellular customer care people 3-4 times with my query and disconnection regarding the same, but they always gave the same explanation.

Today(May 2013) the idea people are harassing me saying that they will send me legal notice.They have now made the bill for approx Rs 50,000/- which they want me to pay.
Why should I pay all this money when I am not using there service from the time I received first bill which was in Oct 2012?
Actually I have paid them 3 months rent in advance as Rs 2250.So logically speaking they should return me money as I stopped using their services in a months time.
