Due to delay

Location/place: pune Shingard

Name of company/service: Kothari Wheels

This is to inform that i had booked a Dio bike (Met Grey) from kothari wheels, Tilak Road, Pune on the 26th of july 2012.

During making the payment and signing the papers they assured me that they would delivery the bike within 10 days from the date of booking,

but 21 days have gone by and still they are not delivering the bike and every time i call them up for inquiry i am meet with rude behavior and harsh comments.
Due to this delay i am incurring high transport fare to my work daily, if they would had informed me the delay before i made the payment i could taken a different purchase option

They have committed fraud and are intimidating their customers.

Please take immediate action!!!!
