Name of company/service: punjab national bank
I used my ATM card to withdraw rs.5000/ from INDIAN BANK ATM located at Rohtak road M.I.E at BAHADURGARH 13 June 2012 at about 8.00 pm.In course of process the last massege displyed on ATM screen was”your transaction decleaned” and i could not receive the amount.The same massege was displyed in slip transactions .I stay there 3 minute then I went to pnb ATM locatd at railway road bahadurgarh, checked my balance.I was surprised to see that rs.5000/ had been debited to to my account for my unsuccesful transaction at the Indian ATM.Due to technical fault rs.5000/were deducted to my account but this money was not received by me.MY A/C NO-0035001500007461 IN BAHADURGARH RAILWAY ROAD BRANCH. I have complained on pnb helpline and my complain no-57940220. I have ALL COPIES OF MY SLIP. PNB SAYS THAT HE RETURN MY MONEY IN 10 DAYS I HAVE TO NEED MONEY BUT I NOTHING DO MY MOTHER ILL SO I WANT ANY SOLUTION.
