Due to a technical error from airtel, I have to pay from my pocket for no reason.

I ported my number from docomo to airtel because Docomo kept on deducting my balance for no reason and they always had the same reason saying you visited payable sites. I even had asked them to show me my browsing history and tell me which one was payable google or fb or gmail? They would never give a refund. not a single rupee. everytime the same reason. And t he network sucks. So i shifted to airtel. i Started using airtel on Tuesday afternoon at 3:15 PM 1-07-2014. And my first recharge was done at 8:40 PM. Here is the message i got from them. “Recharge Successful on 01-07-2014 at 09:10PM,MRP: Rs 249.00,STax: Rs27.39, TransID 870958521 Validity:30 days Benefit: 2GB (Unltd) 2G data. Validity 30 days.” ALL THIS WAS ONE MESSAGE SENT FROM AIRTEL. I will send the screen shot if required. I added an sms pack which costed me 31 rupees. So i used whatsapp that night, not much.. Few messages max. I went to bed. I woke up the following day and to my surprise my balance was Rs 102. SHOCKING as it was a similar experience with docomo. I got busy with work, ignored my phone. And later that evening i took out my phone it showed me a balance of Rs 02. So i went to the customer care today they told me to call 121. I did and i spoke to the customer care representative. She told me that the sms that i received was an advertisement. I asked her to connect me to her supervisor. I explained my problem to her in detail. And she said this again that it was an advertisement. Then she changed her words and said that the message was sent by accident and it was a technical error. I asked her why should i suffer for a technical error from their end. Then she said it was my fault because i didnt check my MB balance. I told her i am a new customer to airtel and i didnt know how to do that. She said its my fault. I told her i am not going to keep quiet because i am a new customer and my first experience is this? Then she spoke to someone. He told her not to give a refund then he agreed for Rs 150. I told her money is money and i want my money back. She said they will not refund more than 150 and so that ended our conversation. And i got a refund of 150. I want my money back and would be really greatfull if you can do something about it.
