I Prashant j Sohani (customer ID 56074168) took Videocon DTH Gold pack for Rs 2600/- paying 1 year advance subscription connection on 22.10.2011 from J. R. ELECTRONICS(Javed Mo.9594345727, 7738810979), Mankhurd, Mumbai – 43. as a dealer Javed not full submitted my subscription to Videocon DTH company. he just monthly recharge my account Rs 165/- when my service closed down. Every month I faced problem. I always request him please paid full submitted my subscription to Videocon DTH, but he never agree. From 11th june 2012 he never recharge my account and my connection is closed down till date.
Some questions arise from above case:-
1. who is responsible for DTH service closed down.
2. what about my remaining payment.
3. what action will take on Dealer.

I request to you that please take action against Dealer.
