I have the DTH airtel of which the set top box does not function quite often.I am always suggested to change the set top box and charged extra for the same. When I try to complain I always hear the recorded voice and nobody attends the complaint.My customer ID is 300 11 86011 of AIRTEL DTH and my latest complaint no is DTH 61700033 cated 17/06/2013
