DTDC couriers cheating customers and looting them of the items they are supposed to ship

My consignment no V15489352 booked on 14/3/14 at dtdc srinagar office is being misplaced by dtdc and since one I was been fooled by dtdc srinagar personnal that the set has reached delhi and will reach jaipur soon….But after making hue n cry they finally admitted that they hav misplaced the consignment…..Sir itz worth 20000/-.. How can dtdc be so careless…..I have made to run from pillar 2 post ….even I contacted all dtdc heads in srinagar but no1 is helping me out…..even cc doesn’t reply my mails…..Itz very apathic I am going to launch a case against Dtdc in consumer court if I don’t get my money refunded or item traced asap….my no 09596099988
