dtdc courier worst service

I had used dtdc express courier service to send very important documents from Chandigarh to Bangalore. they had committed that you will receive documents next day if you will pay 210 INR instead of 80 INR. now its more than 3 days and still I’ve not received parcel. nobody picks call on their official call center number 08033004444. Pathetic service. don’t use their services if you want to avoid harassment
