An Important document was couriered to me by by company through DTDC carrier on the 20th of July 2012 and yet i have not received thee consignment.I was calling the Customer care department of DTDC to check on where my consignment is ,The phone is disconnected by them after few rings.This is going on for more than 5 days.I am deeply ddepressed and worried to know where my documents is as the courier company is not reachable.The details of the courier company is given below.Kindly see tto that these arrogant behaviour is not repeated by them .
