I sent one consignment from DTDC.
They did not deliver it.
Not returning it back to me.
Have updated the wrong status on their site that they have returned it.
Customer care is not answering the calls.
I have mailed them my complaint but they are not responding.
Can anybody suggest me the process to claim damage?
