We booked one 3BHK flat in Ds Max builders venture. They are not having any legal documents for their ventures. They are producing duplicate floor plan and legal documents for their customers. No one is aware of the completion of ventures. Their executives will be friendly and cooperative untill you book the flat with the. After that will not even bother about or you booking amount. please be away from Ds Max Builders.
