Dear Sir,
I have relocated from Bangalore to Noida in April and i have used DRS logistic to transfer my house. I have paid of around 50,000 along with insurance was taken for 50,000. Once it is delivered then there was damage of few things which i had registered to company and inspite of having so many communication with them no action was taken and now they have stopped replying me and not entertaining my complaint. I am not sure for what they have done the insurance if nothing is covered. Below is the company address:
