Dear Sir,

We bought Nano Pure Drinking water system from Aqua Pure Plus on 13th January 2012. The drinking water system was not working for the past one month and we have contacted the dealer and asked them to do the service as we have one year warranty and free service. After repeated calls, the service person came and was not able to rectify the issue and suggested to pay Rs. 3000/- in order to rectify the problem. We therefore request you kindly take necessary action against this company and render justice.
