DOWNGRADATION OF TICKET FROM 3rd A.C to Sleeper

i had booked a AC 3-tier ticket from ndls to gaya jn. in mahabodhi express.

my birth was confirm which was later on during the journey was downgraded to sleeper class; and i was not even refunded the difference of money.
