   I have the same experience.

   One day when I called Owner Mr. RAHUL BHANUSHALI and discussed about the issue. He told me he is not afaid of police and consumer courts. After that he blocked my service.
   Finaly i lodged complaint in Mumbai Police station and charged a case in consumer court.After that Company owner Rahul Bhanushali got** 3 days police custody***

   Dove Soft Pvt Ltd is 100% fraud company.. rahul bhanushali is head of this company.Abdul shaikh,nikunj,Roy.. ye sab chor hai .. dont to do any tranasaction with them. neither they can provide you proper service nor they will refund your money.. they will give lots of excuses. no of them will pick up there phone & they will provide wrong customer care no.s.. today i filed complaint against all of chor.also i am also fight the case in consumer forum.
   if any body have complaints against them we can fight together..
