dear sir,
my name is sneha gupta and i am retail user of punjab national bank with ac no-0322000130142923 branch of mirzapur.,U.P.I have done a payment of rs 2030.94 on 25th july 2015 from atm cum debit card at reliance super in ansal plaza ,greater noida but there is double transaction at the same time with the same amount. As per their information they have received only one time payment of rs 2030.94.
i had also made an complaint on 12 august 2015 regarding this double swipe in pnb customer care but i am not satisfied with customer care with complain no .A015887709.
so please kindly help me out.
