Sir/madam,
This complaint is regarding after sales service of Godrej Interior three door almirah .
That , the doors of almirah could not be able to close properly .
That, the matter for which I lodged a complaint with godrej interior customer care no. 18002671122 on 8th February 2015. An executive attended my residence on 9th FEBRUARY 2015 and solved the problem and taken 250/- appx. as service charge.
That , after 2 days I changed my residence and the same problem reappeared . I lodged a 2nd complain with godrej interior and they told me to pay service charge again for that same problem. It has been told by your executive that service charges will be payable every time even if it is for same problem.
That , the 2nd complain was registered between 20th & 25th February,2015.
My Residential address is C2,Ananya Appt. , madhyamgram , Basunagar, kol-129
I believe it is absolutely unjustified to take double payment for the same service done.
