Hi All,
To purchase HD STP I made a payment of 2890 on 6th June, amount was deducted from my account but on airtel site it mentioned that “Transaction Unsuccessful” it is not credited, I followed up with your Customer Care, they informed me that payment is not received by Airtel and hence I need to make one more payment towards Set-top box and money will credited back to my account, I made another payment on 11th June.
I was told by Airtel Customer Care that my money will be refunded in 3 working days, its been more than a month now but I have not got my refund.
