Double money deducted form a/C by indiatimes.Com

Today I have booked a order form india shooping.Indiatimes.Com
I have book the order once but 3 duplicate order(3001289356,3001289400,3001289372) has rised and ammount have deducted form my a/C 2times.
I got mail only for the order 3001289356,

but didnt get any mail for the otehr two

when I have contcted with the customer care they told they have received the ammount only once but form my a/C amoount deducted two times. I have called them (case ID :324660),and lonched a complain they told they will not provide me any complain no and the person whom I have talked didnt told me even his name.

This is very rude attitude and rude replay I received form them.
I want my money back for the duplicate order with in 24 hrs.
