Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Mobile Phone on 02-03-2013 and made the loan installments from Home Credit. The details are:
NAME: SUDHANSHU PANDEY
PURCHASING STORE: MITTAL AGENCIES
MOBILE MAKE: SAMSUNG S DUOS S7562
AMOUNT: Rs. 12900
DOWN PAYMENT; Rs. 4510
EMI: 1080*12 = 12960
BANK FOR ECS: AXIS BANK
LOAN AC NUMBER: 3300243694
TRANSACTION CODE: 2610583569
The same day I gave payment, my Id proofs and a loose cheque leaf. I told installment to be debited from my A/c on 5th of every month.
Now, after a month, I got the call on 09-04-2013 saying due to some document problem, your installment was not debited from our end. So, please make the manual. On 10-04-2013, I went to the Mittal Agencies and made the Manual payment even paid the extra Machine usage charges of Rs. 20 (ie Total payment of Rs. 1100).
Today, when I checked my A/c statement, it is showing Rs 1080 already debited from the A/c on 05-04-2013.
If already amount was debited on 05-04-2013 ie on correct date then why did I get the call on 09-04-2013 saying amount not paid and make the urgent payment. Why did THEY ask for another payment?
