DOUBLE CHARGES INSPITE ONLINE BOOKING & REVERSE LESS AMOUNT THAN DEDUTED

Hi,

I ( Bharat D Kasar) wnats to lodge a complaint against Hotel Alka Residency Station Road, Opp Ashok Cinema Thane (W).

My wife was scheduled for MSEB examination on 01-07-2012 at Dadar. Hence i booked a room in Hotel Alka residency for 2 people’s occupancy with standard room varient. I book this deal through www.agonda.com wherein i got offer to book room in Alka Hotel for Rs 1684.61.I book the deal instantly & confirm my booking

When i reached Hotel Alka residency on 30.06.2012 as per my booking scheduled i was been told that my booking is confirmed but booking charges are not received. On verbal confirmation of Holet Alka residency representative
i allow them to swap my credit card for the charges for Rs 1917.00.

Next day when we returned back from thane. i came to notice that i have been charges twice for Rs 1684.61 & 1917.00 & i called up Hotel Alka residency for refunding excess amount debited to my account inspite i book the room online with prepayment.

They have refunded me only Rs 1347.00 with their’s mistake that not to identify correctly that funds of booking have reached to them or not.

The difference between the refund amount & charges amount is not the matter of debating but the harrasement we have got is subject to justice.

Request you to please guide me what all consumer forum can help me out in all this.

As a proof i have acknowlegement online booking letter & Hotel alka residency’s invoice for the same.
