door of fridge not changed despite many comlaints

I purchased a double door fridge 3 years ago. after two years water started leaking from the fridge. on complaint engineer of whirlpool visited and advised replacement of door. But 1 year passed door was not replaced despite many regular complinat. service of whirlpool is very poor.I advice all people not to purchase any item from whirlpool
