don’t recieve migration certificate and degree

sir/ man, I have compleated my bsc degree from cmj university from 2013. but I not receive my migration , character certificate as well as my degree .due to not avaiblity of these documents I m not continuing my further studies .many times I told them .but no response from there. please help me please provide me these above mentioned documents as soon as possible
