dont have proper coverage

hii i am using tata photon+ bearing number 9205034796 and i am using it in ghagwal in distt.-samba, and i am getting speed of 2-3 kbps and sometimes in bytes too. i have raised so many complaints that plzz help me in getting the speed of tata photon whiz, i dont speed of tata photon+, but they say whiz also dont have network in that area, but i am getting 100% network of tata photon whiz but not good speed. on the other hand they say tata photon whiz works all over the india. but why they saying tata photon whiz also dont have proper coverage in your area. it is so horrible that tata company has launced tata photon whiz, tata photon plus, tata photon, tata photon 3g and they might be thinking of launching 4g too. but if they dont have the proper coverage of tata photon whiz and tata photon plus in india so why they launching products after products. and even they also dont reply of my complaints and behave badly. they dont listen to me, i have also sent so many emails to high authorites but no reply yet as i have been barking like a dog for more than 3 months. i am frustated by their services but they dont helping their customers properly.
the most horrible thing is that thay say that they dont have coverage of even whiz in my area but on the other hand they say sir you have used 5-10 gb data less than in a month. now you tell shouldn’t customers commit suicide.plzz make tata feel like hell.
