i have buy one handset from naaptol online. they send me damaged set, after that i have send back them there product for replacement but after 2 months they are not replace my handset so kindly do the needful action.

as per their commitment they told me that they will deliver the product within 7 to 10 working days.but i did not get it yet. As i complaint several times but i don’t get any support from them. i have complaint almost more than 12 time and they are saying will get more time and i have paid 9700 Rupees and 830 rupees for credit card.i can give you complain numbers also 3140666
