dont get cradit card

Name of company/service: icici bank, hsbc bank,ge money cradit card

i never enjoy the three bank cradit card. But unfortunetly those bank given my name in cibil sight as defaulter..for that my cibil rank poor to take a loan for increase my situation. Originaly i am not a defaule, pls help me
