I bought a cell number last to last week.. I already had one.. Jus 3 days back an amount of 40 was deducted from my new mobile number.. When i called to enquire.. They told me that their system is running down.. I called them 3 times on 22/2/2013 and twice on 23/02/2013 but they kept on giving me the same xcuse. Finnaly i calld them back on 24/2/2013 and an unknown lady behind the cell.. She completly deneid of such an deduction. I asked them for the statement that where did my last recharge of 60 go so they canceled my call and barred me from callin back.. This os reliance indian.. A fraudster.. The amount was not a big thing but the way they harrased me for 3 days was completly terrifying. Please never take up this mobile operator. Untrained customer executives and no care of the customer at all!
