Amazon is foolling indian customers, two times they send me faulty phone and at the time of picking the old phone the return has been rescheduled both the time. The replacement phone has been delivered late.
When I complain to the customer care about faulty product, refund, late courier and automatically rescheduling of the phone they are just giving you fake promises, that the thing will not happened in future also they will tell you the company policies etc…
Please guys don’t buy anything from Amazon otherwise your money will be gone for toss…
I have personal experience from Amazon,thats why i am worried for my peoples.
