To whosoever it may concern,
This is to bring to your notice that the bill I’ve received for the bill period of 11th Jun – 10th Jul for Dongle Number 9967706973 (airtel) has some issues.
To understand my problem better I would like to explain how the 3G speed works if I exceed my limit of data use(12.5GB) , the 3G speed lowers to 80kbps.
I’ve tried to recharge with smartbyte pack of 475 for 2GB on the 2nd July’ 2013 at 4:13pm, but there’s has been no mention of the same in my bill.
When I called the customer care about the same, I was told that they had no notification of this recharge message.
After opting for the recharge of 475 for 2 GB, my speed shot up to 3Mbps which would not have been possible if the recharge was not successful.
So, now they are charging me extra for the 2GB data, where they should actually waiver those charges & charge me only 475 over & above the rental & taxes.
Please, look in the matter as its unfair for me for pay an increased amount when I clearly opted for the smartbyte.
If there’s no notification available on their end, I’m not at fault for the same & I should not have to pay.
If you are not able to help me solve this issue, it’ll reflect poorly on airtel on the whole. So, kindly help the customer & make this right.
