I received an order 1 hour late(beverage wasn’t cold, pizza wasn’t hot at all), hence I got a card saying ‘sorry’ which entitled me for a refund(it was an online purchase), and I applied for it on their site. I received 4 calls from Dominos to confirm the same assuring refund within a week. I raised the issue again after a week when I didn’t get a refund and I was requested to place an order instead. I had to say yes for a next day order. And again, I never got it. I got a message instead saying that the amount has been refunded but I cross checked that their wasn’t any such refund from Dominos. Hence I raised the issue again, requesting a call back(have done that thrice now) but ain’t getting any response now. It’s been 18 days now.
I would suggest never to commit purchases online from Dominos. Don’t rely on customer service it’s awful.
