Name of company/service: assam placement services(Regd)

I hired a maid from Assam Placement Agency on sunday and they charged me rs 22,000 as commission for 11 month service.Agency person(Govind) came with maid Babita assamese,19yr old (acc to contract paper).She stayed for two days and on wednesday morning when I woke up at 06:30 she was nowhere to be found then I waited for sometime wondering she might have just gone out but when she did not come by 7:AM I called Govind and he told him what has happened he assured me that he will check and will return my money by 12pm.But he did not show up rather he started avoiding my calls.My scanner is not working so I am sending you address and contact details of agency

I have faced similar situation twice 2 years ago and lost my money also.I hope this time you will help me.

    this is so stressful situation I really hope that you do something to stop it.ASSAM AGENCY got my details from sulekha .com as i had posted there for domestic help.so these sites should check the authenticity before giving them contact details.

    Hi,
    Govind is trying to send the same maid to me as well!!! I called him just now to confirm about your case and he says that he has given you the refund too. Please help me and tell me the facts so that I can take a decision.

    Shikha I would advice you not to hire maids from this agency, I am also going through the same problem and my money is also not returned and GOVIND is a big fraud, he keeps girls with him and they are not willing to work then also he sends them to our houses and eventually they run away and he gets his 11 months commission. He Stops taking our calls and he does not return the money, all their maids are implicated with him, there is a Guy ROSHAN who helps him getting girls from assam, and they both share the commission and they maids are trained to run away in 10 days

    Govind is a fraud. He does not take calls upon promising to deliver domestic help. He approached me with an offer to place guy and disappeared into thin air after that. Very unreliable and shady

    Worst experience so far! He provides very aggressive, violent, inexperienced maid n the cost is very high! He stops responding to the calls when we need him! Only bothered about the money!
