So many time I have follow-up by phone and with your customer care, every time told verbally my application has been Decline but not send any written intimation. Also no-body told

What is the reason for decline ,

I have attached xerox copy of your form ,which I submitted to your representative.

I request you pls send written intimation with reason of decline, also return my Document which is submit with application like , 1) PAN CARD XEROX, 2) BANK STATEMENT , 3) SALARY SLIP, 4) XEROX COPY OF ID CARD.
