K57073781 document was booked on 24/07/2012 from Dankuni(kolkata).Containing Rakhi as written on envelope to be delivered in Delhi by 02/08/2012.
But till date the same has not been delivered.By paying Rs 60/- as courier charges the person not gets document in time.
I therefore request you to refund the courier charges & COST OF RAKHI(RS 1000/-) immediately.Today I have tracked the above document no in their official site track report is showing that document has been delivered on 07/08/2012 to Jignesh.But no one is their in my Delhi house.Today I have also received massage from Delhi that they have gone to deliver the document today and my relative has written on POD that they will not take the delivery of courier today as the festival of Rakhi is over.
