I recharged my mobile using online recharge and the transaction got failed.
Again I recharged with my current mobile balance and it was successful.
I asked for the failure recharge money but the response was very poor.
They are not willing to give back the amount Although I provided all bank sataments ans all.
Atlast after one month they told me that they will refund the amount in fraction of time. I belived and waited That is also lie.
Earlier the Docomo gave very good offers , I took it because of offers although the network sucks.
Now they took away offers network is not good and additional touches like this..
THink twice before choosing .
