Do Not Letting me PORT My Number from MTS to Other GSM mobile service Provider

I have been trying to PORT my MTS mobile no to any other GSM mobile service provider. I have submitted request for PORT 4 time. after MTS is sending me unique PORT no. due to some unknown reason nothing has happend except a single phone call from MTS customer asking me the reason of PORT. nothing has happened. Please show me any to PORT my no.
