I the under mentioned, bought a refrigerator on April/2009, but now that was not working properly. I called company talked about that, their executive came and examine that the compressor failed. But my refrigerator is in under guarantee period, but my Cash-reciept/gurantee card is mis-placed. When I go to my retailer he told me that “My bill book is went out for audit so I can’t give you the photocopy of your bill, I only keep original bill upto only 03 month later than I sent them to audit”. And after that I talked with Samsung customer care they told me that, “you have show your bill otherwise your compressor will consider out of warranty in this matter of bill we can not help you”. In this matter I want help from Consumor Forum that they ask for retailer to produce me the duplicate bill or ask company see the serial no. or the date of registration of product and keep my complaint under guarantee.
