DND,stll promotional calls

Hi,
I hve registr my number against DND facility of airtel on 20.11.09,after 45 days they started to give me promotional calls,then i lodge a complaint in customer care near about 4 times ragarding the same ,evry they forward my complaints and assure me tht after 10.12 days u wll not get any promotional calls nd evn sms…but they r rediculous startd thr routine wrk..gving me promotional calls nw its twice a day….airtel people r just bad….they r good for nothng……can any1 help me to get rid off frm ths problm…..
