DND Services

Name of company/service: Airtel
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Airtel Service for my mobile since past one year. It has become an painful stuff as it is not rendering services according to its promises. In the month of March this year, I have activated DND services, but I am still getting promotional sms as well as calls ( and even Airtel ring me anytime for promotion). I would request you to please intervene in the matter to implement DND Services.
