DND activated, packs activated without authorization

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

Madam/Sir,
My Reliance Smart GSM number is +918102250088. I have registered in DND long time back. On 15th of this month it came to my notice that packs are activated without our consent or knowledge. When I confronted the customer care executive he just deactivated the last VAS thereby returning the amount, without giving any kind of explanation. I would like to register a complaint against the aforesaid company.

    We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, As per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you that amount of Rs.10/- was posted on 17-FEB-2013 against ONE97_STALK_SUBSCRIPTION pack.
