I want to bring it your notice about the services of Whirpool India.
It has been almost 2 months that i have logged a complaint regarding my split AC. The lasttechnicial visted my house was on 7th Jun and as per him there was a part which needs to be replaced and which shall be available in 7 days and it had been 2 months now i have been logging my complaint repeatedly with no response. And the behaviour at the call centre people is so unprofessional.I last called on 26Jul 7.10Pm and spoke to shankar and Tarun kumar and while i was holdingthe phone for response i could hear them talking at the backgroud saying let the customer go to hell as the location where the product is installed parts cannot be made available. And i am being made false promises to get resolution till now.
I want a resolution for this. Is this how a company like whirpool treats its customer??
